3. The Appryza India user may download and print the information from the database provided that:
a. the Appryza India user does not alter or in any way modify any content of the Appryza India Database or create derivative works thereof;
b. the Appryza India user does not sell information contained in the Appryza India Database;
c. the Appryza India user does not transmit or circulate information in any electronic or non-electronic form.
i. Appryza India is a web-based application containing information on maximum residue limits (MRLs) on rice in a number of legal jurisdictions worldwide. It is maintained by the All India Rice Exporters Association (AIREA) and Federation of European Rice Millers (FERM) with the support of external expert consultants specialised in international chemical regulations and food safety .
ii. Appryza India is to be used exclusively by Indian rice growers and other actors in the rice supply chain to obtain required information on pesticides limitations and MRLs in foreign jurisdictions, otherwise to be collected from various sources. This information is not meant for wider information circulation or use.
iv. All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information supplied. However, Appryza partners can give no guarantees of any kind as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and related graphics published on this site. Appryza partners assume no liability for any inaccuracies or errors contained on the site.
v.
